UNWIND Code Lab

About UNWIND Code Lab

A free online learning space with one interactive module. You write and run real code in your browser and get instant feedback, on a computer or on a phone.

Why this module

The module was developed for the Erasmus+ project UNWIND (Exploiting the UNtapped potential of young adult low-skilled Women IN Digital economy and coding). It follows the project's aims and training approach: practical, project-based learning for women aged 18 to 35 who want to start in the digital economy, with no coding experience needed.

Lesson content is based on the UNWIND training materials 'Web Development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript' (Parts 1-4) prepared by the project partnership.

Many women in the project's target group care for children or other family members. That is why every lesson is short, works on a phone and saves your progress, so you can learn in the time you have.

UNWIND Code Lab is a complementary resource. It does not replace the courses on the project's e-learning platform. You can take this module on its own, before or alongside other UNWIND training.

Who runs it

UNWIND Code Lab is run by Smart Leap Education Research Consultancy GmbH (Düsseldorf, Germany), one of the five UNWIND partners. The project website and the project's e-learning platform are at unwindproject.eu.
